The ICPSS and the Peacebuilding and Crisis Management Center in Libya signed a cooperation memorandum covering several areas of mutual interest.
Dr. Faraj Abdelaziz Najm, Director General of the Peacebuilding and Crisis Management Center affiliated with the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited the Center’s branch office in Cairo on March 6th 2025. During his visit, he met with Dr. Abdelaziz Nour Oshar, , along with several members of the expert team. He was briefed on the Center’s activities, plans, and research programs, and provided an overview of the Peacebuilding and Crisis Management Center and its fields of work.
The memorandum aims to strengthen partnership between the two sides through the exchange of studies and research reports in their respective fields, as well as the exchange of expertise and the development of research capacities according to mutually agreed arrangements. The memorandum also includes organizing joint training courses and academic and research events aligned with the objectives and areas of specialization of both institutions.
