The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Center for Political and Strategic Studies (ICPSS), marking an important milestone that reflects the commitment of both parties to strengthening joint cooperation and supporting diplomatic and research efforts in the country.
The MoU aims to organize cooperation between the two sides to achieve shared objectives, most notably enhancing research and specialized studies, and leveraging the Center’s scientific and analytical expertise in preparing policy reports that contribute to informed decision-making and the formulation of foreign policy.
The agreement also includes implementing training and capacity-building programs, as well as organizing workshops and specialized courses to improve the competencies of diplomatic personnel in research and analytical skills. The Center will further contribute by providing forward-looking studies on regional and international developments that serve national interests.
The ICPSS affirmed that the coming period will witness broader activation of agreements signed at both the domestic and international levels, calling for joint efforts during this critical historical phase, which requires rigorous research and deep analysis of ongoing transformations.
The Center concluded its statement by emphasizing its commitment to continue working with renewed energy after the Eid holiday, stating: “Events do not wait, and it is our responsibility to rise to the challenges. We ask God for success and guidance.”
